I think if I ever meet with these authors would likely burst into tears and thank them. Not only are most of these inexpensive meals and easy to prepare, but every meal varies approximately the caloric itself so that you can have any recipe strikes your fancy for that meal. Another reason I begin to cry: I have yet to be hungry. I managed to stay within the size of the slice and not once did get hungry enough to jump off the menu. Most days I don't eat the snack that is allowed. I would have never, ever thought that a piece of toasted rye bread, butter, almond and a banana would like to keep me satisfied with up to 6 hours. I don't get weak or shaky always too hungry too fast. Within 2 days of starting each desire was gone. For the first time in a long time I feel like I'm check food against the food control me. I also noticed a wave of energy without that afternoon/evening. I'm staying up to an hour and a half without impact. Sometimes I get so much energy, that I can't be still. Another advantage for those who are on a budget and a short time, most of these recipes are quick and very few of them use the same ingredients, or an ingredient can easily replace one you've already purchased. The best part of all this is that I can get my morning egg sandwich and cheese. The only thing I had to change was a bagel to rye bread. Losing my egg sandwich was a deal breaker for me and why I left WW. Seriously, I'm so happy to be to lose weight and feel full after every meal, I could cry. help other customers find the most useful reviews This review was helpful?

There is one issue that comes in. I never knew someone who was able to stay away from long-term vehicles.

Carb Diet lovers tells us that the carbohydrates are not the enemy when it comes to losing weight. In fact, eating the right type of carbohydrates may help you drop pounds, because they can help curb cravings, preserve lean muscle tissue (which can keep your metabolism to fall) and the control of sugar in your blood levels (so that your body stores excess calories and less fat junk.)

The real hero in this book is called "resistant starches". It seems that the different types of starches Digest at different speeds. Resistant starches will pass through the body without being digested, similar to optical fiber. This sounds like a dream come true, isn't it? The book proposes to increase the average 4.8 grams of starch resistant daily from 10 to 15 grams through various recipes based on carb.

Here are the 5 rules to win the game carb:

1. Eat at least one resistant starch-rich (called CarbStars) at each meal

2. CarbStars should make up about 25% of every meal. The rest of your calories from lean meats, dairy, low fat, healthy fats, fruits and vegetables (in other words, cut the junk food.)

3. watch the portion size (brilliant!).

4) does not deprive themselves but use moderation for bad foods.

5) Create a pantry of power (on the basis of food CarbStar).

The first 7 days allows only 1200 calories per day divided between four small meals. The second part of the programme (21 days) to 1600 calories divided among five small meals.

This program follows the idea of a calorie-restrictive diet, nutrient dense, rich in fiber, which is really a great way to eat. The book offers 85 recipes with a colorful picture of each meal, making meals seem more desirable visually. Haven't done that in a restaurant when you see some food go? Of course, the program also includes the exercise, which is a great idea.

Bottom line
Lovers of Carb Diet follows the normal plane of most books about diet, even if it is a new approach that can help you rethink how to eat better and exercise more. This is solid advice that will work if you stick to it. The big disappointment for me was that it really doesn't live up to its title. If you love those wicked unhealthy carbs (ice cream, chocolate, biscuits), you still may face the same challenges that was before. If you came here looking for a magic fix for bad food eating and weight loss, you should look elsewhere. If you are looking for good advice on healthy weight loss, you've found.

Chapter 11 is particularly useful with graphs of the advertisement serving correct dimensions so that not too. I also want to know the number of calories and resistant starch values so I can make healthier food choices. help other customers find the most useful reviews This review was helpful?
